This survey focuses on physical characteristics like age, height, weight, waist size, hip size, bra size, hair color, etc, and whether or not they affect the size of tips waitresses receive. The answer is already known to you, waiter, yes!!! As a waitress I repeatedly lapped my fellow waiters in tips, and now as a bartender, my coworkers are always happy to work with me. 🙂

Well, duh. Men usually pay the check and there’s something about those great, big bags of fat that drive us men to do crazy things like tip 50% and stare at them when the VP of Sales is trying to talk to us. It works on me.
Except there was this one time I was in a “gentlemen’s club” (I swear it was for the buffet) and one of the entertainers took a shine to me, sat down and ordered a drink. So there we are, one of us butt naked, and the server says “that’ll be $8 sweetie.” I look at the girl who invited herself to sit down and said “excuse me, are we on a date because if we are I’m going to be expecting sex later.” It was kind of nice to enjoy my solitude after that. If she had been one of the pretty ones and not dumb as a sack of hair, I would have offered.
I worked as a barista for a while and knew that when I had a shift with the girl who wore low-cut toops that showed off her tramp stamp I’d get at least triple tips. We split the tip jar, so that meant that she was getting at least 5 times what I normally made and had to give up some of that to her coworker. I smiled as much and was as nice as she was, but the exposed flesh just brought in the cash. When I was by myself I often had my tips stolen. Bastards.
I don’t know, I have gotten really good tips at times but they weren’t the norm, and I have D cups. Don’t get me wrong, I always made good money, but I always felt that I worked for it, and not that someone threw in a little extra for my boobs being big. Then again, maybe the fact that I’m not a blonde white girl had something to do with it?
I have noticed I make better tips when I take more time with my make up and hair.

I work for http://www.lvmannequins.com and we started selling sexy mannequins about a year ago. Its been are biggest seller because everyone wants mannequins with big boobs. I guess they just bring more attention to men and men will buy for women if it looks sexy.
I know for sure I’ve made bigger tips from some tables because I have big boobs. When you’re 4’11 with DDD’s you can’t hide them so you may as well use them. I don’t go out of my way to flaunt them (most of the time) and I am a damn good waitress but yes the definitely do help tip-wise.
I don’t have big boobs, but I know how to subtly project the sex appeal so that the table picks up on the energy, usually without realizing it, and it increases tips. This works on men and women as well.
Now, I’ve also experienced situations when the male half of a couple has given me too much attention (even with me seriously toning down the energy) and the result is the woman becomes defensive and bitchy. The tip goes down, then.
I agree with bit, subtle sexuality will get more consistantly bigger tips than the full out, bare a bunch of skin approach. However, if the man in a couples situation gives you too much attention, or the woman feels threatened by your attractiveness, the tip shrinks to almost nothing no matter who pays. The woman will then bitch about how she doesn’t like your job performance and the man doesn’t want to piss his significant other off by leaving you a large tip when she has already complained.
I concur with what Mike said. I run a similar business at Mannequins For Sale and a lot of our clients buy the “voluptuous” mannequins because they help sell more clothing! Sex sells! That’s not me talking, it’s science!
Big Boobs big tip yes. I always get purchases for the Mannequins with bigger than life boobs to do there business justice. Guys will be Guys.
